Week 59- We Gettin` A Raise People $

Templo de Tegucigalpa, Honduras
Hey there fellas, another week here in Siguatepeque, this upcoming will be my last! It is confirmed, next Tuesday, 20th of August I will be moving to my 3rd area in the mission. Almost 14 months and only in 2 areas.. Its nuts. BUT I'm excited to leave, but sad to leave the people. I've grown to love a lot of the members here and have had many converos as well so it will be kinda sad to say goodbyes.

If y'all want to know the honest truth, just really not excited to have to pack things up. Its like the ultimate puzzle, trying to fit 2 years worth of things in 3 suitcases. I wish I could say that I have lost things that I came with, but the truth is I've gained many more things. Clothes, cool books I have found, and a ton of gifts that I've gotten for people in the last six months, so please pray for me in the aspect of just getting everything packed and that it will all fit please. Re-post this with the hashtag #pray4elderbutler2019 to spread the word around.

Well this week we had a leaders meeting in Tegucigalpa, AND it was in the church building literally right net to the temple, almost connected. Very cool experience, and we were told that very soon we will be getting MORE MONEY added to our allowance. How much? 8 DOLLARS!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$ Doesn't sound like a lot, but its like 250 lempiras and we are more than excited.

This week has been really great, but not a ton of stories. I had to go to Tegucigalpa twice to go with a newer elder to Immigration, long story short I had to give my seat up to an old lady that no one would give their seat too and ended up standing up for a 2 hour bus ride. I knew it was the right thing to do, but got sick during it so wasn't that fun of an experience.

Although that story sounds like I am complaining, I always like to remember how much Christ suffered for me. How many times have I messed up, and how many times has he forgiven me. We all know that we are saved by grace, and thankfully so because we are nothing without it. "Jesus doesn't make up the difference, Jesus makes all the difference". We need to know how was can be "changed by grace", and look in our own lives of how we can change to help others. I am personally in a constant process of trying to change and be a better person, and its not hard but it is worth it. My testimony and Faith in our Savior Jesus Christ is stronger than it could ever be. Never loved to share my testimony with friends or anyone really, but I wanna make myself clear that I believe in Christ and his Atonement, and that through him and only by him we can be forgiven, and become who he wants us to be, which is just like him :)

Shout out to my Boy Nick Rincon for getting married man, and for always being one of the greatest friends and even better role model to me, I love you man, and sen lots of happiness and love to y'all!

That's all until next week. I know college is comin up for a lot of you, But i would love an update on life! Feel free to send me an email if you read this letter! love y'all
